Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size/color ordered. However, we stand behind our products:

• Damaged or defective: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it free or issue a full refund.
• Lost in transit: If your order doesn't arrive, we'll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
